India Secures Two Films in Busan’s 2026 Vision-Asia Slate
The Busan International Film Festival has chosen two Indian films for its 2026 Vision-Asia program.
One film is called “Selvi,” and it is directed by Sailesh Rathnakumar.
Anjali Patil produces and acts in that film.
The other film is “Birds in the Dark,” directed by Shashank Walia.
Vision-Asia will show 11 independent films from 10 countries and regions.
The festival’s Vision section also includes 12 films in a separate Vision-Korea program.
The festival will take place in South Korea from October 6 to 15, 2026.
This gives Indian filmmakers a place in an international festival lineup.
