Expressway Project Aims for Guinness Records
A company called Rajpath Infracon is trying to set two new Guinness World Records.
They want to build a 5-kilometer road in just one day and use a lot of special materials to make the road.
They are also trying to beat their own record for the longest road they built in a short time.
The records will be checked on January 5th and 6th, and again on January 11th.
A big official will give them certificates on January 12th.
This company has already set two other Guinness records for building roads quickly and safely.
Rajpath Infracon aims to set two Guinness World Records on the Amaravati–Bengaluru Expressway.
The first attempt involves constructing a 5-km bituminous concrete road within 24 hours.
The second attempt targets laying the longest continuous bituminous road using 7,500 metric tonnes of material.
The company also plans to surpass its previous record of 42.2 km of continuous two-lane road construction.
Guinness World Records certificates will be presented by Union Minister Nitin Gadkari on January 12.
