MCX Zinc Futures: Uptrend Intact, Buy Now and on Dips
Imagine zinc is like a popular toy that lots of people want to buy.
This toy has been getting more expensive since May, and it's currently around 300 rupees.
Even though the price sometimes stays between 295 and 305 rupees, experts think it will likely go up more.
They suggest buying the toy now and also if the price drops a little.
If the price goes up a lot, it could reach 315 rupees.
If the price suddenly drops below 295 rupees, then it might go down more, but right now, it looks like it's going up.
So, it's a good time to buy if you think the price will increase.
MCX Zinc Futures have been in a strong uptrend since May, currently trading around ₹301 per kg.
The contract is consolidating between ₹295 and ₹305, with strong support at ₹297-295.
A bullish bias suggests a potential breakout above ₹305, targeting ₹315 in the short term.
A decisive break below ₹295 is needed to negate the bullish outlook and signal a fall to ₹290-288.
Traders are advised to go long at ₹301, accumulate on dips at ₹299, with a stop-loss initially set at ₹293.
