French Man, Linked to Incel Movement, Arrested for Attacks Plot

A young man in France, who said he was part of a group called "incels", was arrested.

This group has a negative view about women.

The man is accused of planning to attack women.

The police, specifically the National Anti-Terrorist Prosecutor’s Office, is now investigating him.

This is the first time the police have dealt with a case connected to the incel movement, which is an online community of men who blame women for their lack of romantic relationships and sometimes promote violence against women.
