Father and Son Commit Suicide in Alipurduar
In a sad event, a father and his son took their own lives in a village in Alipurduar.
The father, Etwa Kheria, was a daily-wage earner who often came home drunk and would shout at his family.
His son, Ganga, had asked him many times to stop, but he didn't listen.
One evening, after the father came home drunk and started misbehaving, Ganga went outside and hanged himself from a tree.
When the father saw his son's body, he was very upset and went home to hang himself as well.
