Advocates' Bar Federation Passes Resolutions on Welfare and Reforms
Imagine a group of lawyers got together to make things better for other lawyers and improve the justice system.
They passed some rules, called resolutions.
One important resolution was about the timing of a special memorial.
They decided it should stay at the usual time, not the new time the High Court suggested.
They also asked the government to give money to new lawyers and help families of lawyers who passed away.
They also picked new leaders for their group.
The new leaders promised to work hard to help all the lawyers in the state.
The Andhra State Advocates’ Bar Federation passed resolutions on advocate welfare and judicial reforms.
The Federation resolved to keep the Advocates’ Memorial Reference at 10:30 am.
The State Government was urged to release stipends for junior advocates.
New office-bearers were elected, including AK Basha as Convener.
Members called for a High Court Bench in Kurnool and a Supreme Court Bench in South India.
