CESC Rebuilds Collapsed Power Tower in 18 Hours

CESC Rebuilds Collapsed Power Tower in 18 Hours

A very old power tower fell down early in the morning on January 12.

This tower was very important because it gave electricity to 120 villages.

The people who take care of the electricity, called CESC, worked very fast to build a new, strong tower in just 18 hours.

They had to work quickly because a big festival called Sankranthi was coming soon.

The new tower is 80 feet tall and is strong enough to stay safe in an area where elephants live.

They used special machines and brought materials from nearby places to build the tower quickly.

Now, the villages have their electricity back, and the other towers in the area are also strong.
