Google Calendar App Launches on Apple Watch With Basic Features
Google has made a basic version of its Calendar app for the Apple Watch.
Now, you can quickly see what's on your schedule and get reminders right on your wrist.
You can check your events, tasks, and mark things as complete.
However, you can't create or change events on the watch; for that, you'll still need your iPhone.
It's like a simple view of your calendar, letting you see what's next without pulling out your phone.
It has a simple design but it doesn't have all the features of the original calendar app.
Google has released a simple version of its Calendar app for Apple Watch.
Users can view weekly events, tasks, get reminders, mark tasks as done, and delete/respond to events.
Full event details or edits still require the iPhone.
It is compatible with watchOS 11.0 or later and has two watch face options.
The app lacks full-month view and event creation/editing features available in Apple's native Calendar.
