Allahabad High Court Transfers 14 Judicial Officers
The Allahabad High Court has moved 14 judges to new positions.
One important change is that Vibhanshu Sudheer, who was the Chief Judicial Magistrate in Sambhal, has been transferred to Sultanpur.
Sudheer had recently ordered the police to file a case against two officers and others for a shooting that happened during some violence in Sambhal last November.
The police are not happy with this order and plan to challenge it in court.
Aditya Singh, who was a judge in Chandausi, will now take over Sudheer's old job.
Another judge, Alaka Yadav, has also been moved to a new position in Gonda.
