Fadnavis Uses ‘Ghajini’ Jibe in SIR Election Dispute
Devendra Fadnavis made a joke about Uddhav and Raj Thackeray, calling them “Ghajinis.”
He said they were forgetting the order of events.
Maharashtra held its elections in 2024, he said.
Gyanesh Kumar became Chief Election Commissioner in 2025.
The SIR began in 2026.
Fadnavis argued that later events could not have changed an earlier election.
The statement was about disagreements over the election and SIR.
