Shimla Prepares for Winter Carnival

Shimla is getting ready for big celebrations like the Winter Carnival, Christmas, and New Year.

The city is being divided into five parts to keep everyone safe and make sure things run smoothly.

The Chief Minister said the carnival shows the state's culture and hospitality.

The Mayor mentioned that the carnival is organized by the Municipal Corporation and aims to attract more tourists.

There will also be ambulances at the city's entry points just in case someone needs help.

The carnival will last for more than a week and will feature cultural performances, local crafts, and local cuisine.
