Hanuman Ansh Surges Despite Toxic Clash, Reports Show
Hanuman Ansh is a spiritual movie about Neem Karoli Baba.
It was reportedly made with a small budget of Rs 2 crore.
The film started with earnings of only Rs 10 lakh.
More people became interested after viewers shared positive opinions online.
Reports say its earnings increased sharply during its third week.
However, the reports disagree about the release date and the exact box-office totals.
One report said the film earned Rs 18.38 crore net in India, while another gave a figure of Rs 18.13 crore.
The film was also released around the time of Yash’s Toxic.
A trade analyst said Hanuman Ansh remained largely unaffected by that competition.
Hanuman Ansh, reportedly made for Rs 2 crore, opened with Rs 10 lakh despite limited pre-release promotion.
Reports give different release dates—July 31 and August 7, 2026—and differing collection figures after 22 days.
One report said the film earned Rs 6.50 crore on Day 22, while another listed Rs 18.13 crore net in India after 22 days.
Sacnilk figures cited in one report put India gross collections at Rs 21.65 crore and net collections at Rs 18.38 crore.
The film’s reported growth was attributed to positive word of mouth, social-media attention and interest in its spiritual story, despite its clash with Toxic.

The articles provide conflicting figures and release dates, so the exact 22-day total and growth rate are not consistent across reports.

Strong Success Reading
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh described Hanuman Ansh as the only Hindi film that remained unaffected by Toxic, while the reports say the smaller film continued attracting viewers.
Cautious Reading
Toxic was still performing at the box office, and claims that Hanuman Ansh affected its run are presented as commentary or social-media discussion rather than as independently established results.
