Lata Mangeshkar Institute of Medical Sciences Planned in Pune
A new super-specialty hospital is being built in Pune.
It's named after Lata Mangeshkar, a famous singer, and is being organized by the Lata Mangeshkar Medical Foundation.
The hospital will have 1000 beds and is expected to start construction in December.
The hospital aims to be one of the biggest in Asia.
The foundation also runs other hospitals in Pune.
The plans include rehabilitation and psychiatric hospitals as well as a museum.
Lata Mangeshkar Institute of Medical Sciences (LMIMS) is planned in Pune.
