Oxford Economics Lists Cities With Strongest Economies

Oxford Economics made a list comparing cities around the world.

It looked at 1,000 cities using five different measures.

These measures included money and jobs, education and skills, living conditions, the environment and city government.

New York was ranked first for its large financial economy.

Los Angeles came second because of entertainment, trade, aerospace and other industries.

Several other U.S. cities placed highly because of technology, science, government and business.

London was the only non-U.S.

city among the nine rankings shown.

The article calls itself a top-10 list, but the supplied text names only nine cities.
