Trump Renames US Institute of Peace

The Trump administration says this is to honor the president's work in making peace deals.
However, there is a big legal fight about who should control the institute.
A court has already said the government's takeover was illegal, but the government is still in control while they appeal.
The building will be used for a peace agreement signing between Congo and Rwanda.
The institute was created by Congress in the 1980s and works in many conflict zones.
There is also talk that Trump might get a new peace prize from FIFA.
