Ajmera Realty Q2 Pre-Sales Rise 54% Quarter-on-Quarter
Ajmera Realty shared how its property business performed in the second quarter of FY27.
It recorded ₹224 crore in pre-sales, which was more than in the previous quarter.
It collected ₹190 crore from customers.
The company sold 72,883 square feet of carpet area during the quarter.
Compared with the same quarter a year earlier, both its sales value and the area sold were lower.
For the first half of FY27, pre-sales totaled ₹370 crore.
Ajmera Realty said it received better average prices in that half-year.
It also said its completed Ajmera Prive project is fully sold out and that it is working through approvals for future projects.

Collections increased 10% quarter-on-quarter to ₹190 crore.
The company sold 72,883 square feet of carpet area, while sales value and area were down 69% and 68% year-on-year.
H1FY27 pre-sales reached ₹370 crore across 1,16,620 square feet, and collections totaled ₹363 crore.
