Russian Drone Strike Kills Worker at Indian-Owned Ukrainian Pharmaceutical Warehouse

A drone hit a pharmaceutical warehouse in Sumy, Ukraine.

The warehouse is owned by Indians, according to the Ukrainian Embassy in India.

One worker, a 52-year-old man, died.

Three other people were hurt.

Ukraine’s president shared condolences with the worker’s family.

The Ukrainian Embassy said the factory made important medicines and was not a military target.

India’s foreign minister said India had been talking with both Ukraine and Russia about the conflict.

The reports do not include a response from Russia to the embassy’s criticism.
