Kerala Allows Girl with Vasculitis to Compete Online
A girl named Siya Fathima from Kerala has a condition called vasculitis, which makes it hard for her to travel.
She really wanted to join a school arts festival in Thrissur, but her doctors said she shouldn't go.
She told the education minister, V Sivankutty, about her wish.
He made a special rule just for her, allowing her to join the festival online.
This had never happened before in the 63 years of the festival.
Siya participated in an Arabic poster designing competition and got an 'A' grade.
Her father said she was very happy to be part of the event and even forgot about her pain.
Other ministers also praised the decision.
