She said the relationship was 'toxic' and that she felt like she lost herself in it.
Many people on the internet guessed she was talking about an actor named Dhruv Vikram.
Because of this, an old video of Dhruv started being shared everywhere.
In the video, Dhruv tells a story about Anupama playing with a baby goat on the movie set and then eating that same goat for dinner.
Anupama explained the real story: she did not know the meat was from the goat she had played with, and when she found out, she felt sick and threw up.
She said she stopped eating mutton after that because it was so upsetting.
People who watched the video thought her explanation sounded true.
Anupama also said the relationship lasted about two years and that talk of getting engaged started very early, just three months in.
