Police Deploy 1,200 Personnel for Chandrababu Naidu’s Prakasam Visit
About 1,200 police personnel were assigned to help keep Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu’s visit safe.
He was due to visit Narsingolu village on Friday.
The visit was to distribute land passbooks called Mee Bhoomi–Mee Hakku pattadar passbooks.
Police checked the route his convoy would take and reviewed security at several places.
Extra police teams were also positioned.
Officers were told to guide people and vehicles and keep traffic moving.
VIPs and other visitors were given separate parking arrangements.
Drones and CCTV cameras were set to help watch the event.
