UP Education Staff Must Complete Two Mission Karmayogi Courses
The Uttar Pradesh government wants education workers to keep learning new skills.
Each worker in the Basic and Secondary Education Departments must finish at least two online courses.
Workers who have not finished any course will receive special attention.
Their office leaders must also take the courses and help their teams complete them.
The courses discuss topics such as teaching young children, managing stress, and using digital technology wisely.
They also teach workplace yoga, English vocabulary, and project management.
The training is intended to help workers do their jobs more effectively.
It is also meant to improve how education programs reach schools and students.
