Aaditya Thackeray Opposes BMC Open Space Proposals, Announces Agitation
Aaditya Thackeray is a leader of a political party called Shiv Sena (UBT) in the city of Mumbai.

It opposed a proposed reservation change for the Neville D'Souza Football Ground at Bandra Reclamation that could allow its conversion into an exhibition centre.
It objected to the proposed 10-year handover of BMC's 12-acre Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Sports Complex in Andheri West to a private trust under the PPP model.
It also opposed allotting two MHADA-owned open plots in Juhu and D.N. Nagar for three years, as Thackeray said the agitation will focus on protecting open spaces, saving BEST and improving education.
