Narwekar Seeks Shivaji Maharaj Slogans on CSMT Train Announcements
In Maharashtra, a state of India, there is a very important leader named Rahul Narwekar who is in charge of the state's Assembly, where laws are made.
He wrote a letter to Ashwini Vaishnaw, the minister who takes care of India's trains, to ask for a special favor.
In the letter, he asked that trains arriving at and leaving a big station in Mumbai called CSMT play two special slogans.
The slogans cheer for Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, a brave king from long ago who is remembered for courage and freedom.

Maharashtra Assembly Speaker Rahul Narwekar has urged Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw to include Shivaji Maharaj slogans in train announcements at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT).
The requested slogans are "Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Ki Jai" and "Jai Bhavani, Jai Shivaji."
Narwekar submitted the request in a letter to Vaishnaw during his visit to Delhi.
Narwekar described CSMT as a symbol of Shivaji Maharaj's ideals of courage, Swarajya and patriotism and a platform to reach thousands of daily passengers.
He said the announcements would introduce younger generations to Shivaji Maharaj's administration, bravery and welfare-oriented policies, and asked Vaishnaw to direct the railway administration to add the slogans.
