Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Vijay announced several new plans.

MLAs will get government cars to help them travel for their work.

They will also receive money for drivers, fuel, maintenance and hiring an assistant.

Their health insurance limit will increase from ₹5 lakh to ₹25 lakh.

The government will spend ₹351 crore to create more seats for medical, nursing and paramedical students.

Seven new government nursing colleges will also be opened.

A new 400-bed hospital will be built in Perambalur.
