Kedaara Capital Considers Selling 13% Stake in Vishal Mega Mart
Kedaara Capital, which owns a big part of Vishal Mega Mart, is thinking about selling 13% of its shares.
This comes after they sold 20% of their shares earlier this year.
Vishal Mega Mart is a big store that sells clothes, everyday items, and fast-moving goods.
In the last three months, the company made more money because of big festivals like Durga Puja and Chhath Puja.
They also made more profit compared to last year.
Kedaara Capital might sell their shares at a lower price, but this hasn't been confirmed yet.
Kedaara Capital is considering selling a 13% stake in Vishal Mega Mart.
This follows a 20% stake sale in June 2025.
Kedaara currently owns 54.11% of Vishal Mega Mart, worth Rs 33,944 crore.
Vishal Mega Mart reported a 22.4% revenue growth in Q2, aided by festival sales.
Q2 Ebitda grew by 30.5% and PAT by 46.5% year-over-year.
