Delhi Tightens Security for BRICS Summit With Traffic Curbs

India is hosting a large BRICS meeting in Delhi.

Many important leaders are expected to attend.

Police are using about 15,000 officers and extra security forces to protect them.

More than 500 cameras will watch important roads and buildings.

Some roads may briefly close or have traffic diverted when leaders travel.

The city will not shut down completely.

Trains, buses, taxis and autos will continue running, although some routes may change.

People are being asked to check official traffic updates and leave early.
