Infosys Promoter Shreyas Shibulal Sells Shares

Shreyas Shibulal, who is a promoter of Infosys, sold almost 20 lakh shares of the company.

He sold these shares over two days and got more than ₹316 crore from the sale.

After selling, he still owns a lot of shares, but a bit less than before.

At the same time, Infosys has a plan to buy back a lot of its own shares.

This means they will give money to people who sell their shares back to the company.

The buyback is for 10 crore shares at ₹1,800 each.
