ITBP to Manage Health Services for 108 Border Villages

The Indo-Tibet Border Police (ITBP) will take care of the health services for 108 villages in Uttarakhand that are near the borders of China and Nepal.

This agreement was made official with a special document called a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Uttarakhand government and the ITBP.

The ITBP will provide doctors, nurses, and medical facilities like clinics and tele-medicine services.

They will also keep health records and make sure there are enough medicines.

The state government will help by giving information about the villages and making sure medicines are supplied regularly.

The Chief Minister said this is a good step to improve the lives of people in these border areas and make them feel safe and secure.
