Nandyal Collector Prioritizes Infrastructure Upgrades in Welfare Hostels
Imagine a principal who visits all the schools in her town.
She wants to make sure the places where students live, called hostels, are super good.
She told all the grown-ups in charge to fix things like beds, water filters, and bathrooms.
She also wants them to make sure the students are healthy, clean, and learning well, especially for a big test called Class X. If the grown-ups don't do a good job, they will get in trouble.
The principal will even check the hostels herself to make sure everything is perfect so more kids can get a good education.
Nandyal District Collector G Raja Kumari has made improving infrastructure in government welfare hostels a top priority.
Officials were instructed to focus on safety, hygiene, health, and academic standards for students.
A target has been set to complete the Class X syllabus by December 5 and achieve 100% results.
The Collector stressed the importance of serving quality, nutritious food and warned of disciplinary action for negligence.
The Collector will personally monitor hostel upgrades and has implemented a schedule for officials to be present at hostels.
