West Bengal Launches Centralized UG Admission Portal
West Bengal is making it easier to apply for college!
They've launched a new website called wbcap.in where students can apply to many different colleges all at once.
This helps students by simplifying the process.
Students will register online before July 1, and the college choices and admission will be announced during the first week of July.
Classes begin in August after the confirmation of all admission.
It makes it easier to be transparent.
If you have any questions, you can find answers on the website or call for help.
West Bengal's Department of Higher Education launched the WBCAP UG registration portal on June 18.
The portal, wbcap.in, allows applications to 460 state-run and aided colleges across 17 universities.
Students can apply through a single window, selecting up to 25 program choices.
Registration closes July 1; the first merit list and seat allotment are on July 5.
The academic session is scheduled to commence on August 1, with physical verification in late July.
