Blue Cloud Softech Signs Three-Year Senegal Digital Cooperation MoU
Blue Cloud Softech has made a three-year agreement with Senegal’s telecommunications ministry and an Africa-focused investment and business council.
They signed it in Dakar on October 6, 2026.
The agreement is about helping Senegal develop its digital technology and innovation work.
The partners may share expertise in areas such as online government services, cybersecurity, and digital products.
They also plan to support training, research, and pilot projects.
