In Alirajpur, officials received notices for delays and incomplete work.

Jhabua officials reported resolving hundreds of complaints and ordered action against industrial units with problems.

In Meghnagar, inspectors found that some factories were closed or had deficiencies.

In Sendhwa, a head teacher and hostel superintendent were ordered suspended after complaints about a school and ashram.
