CUTM Launches Semiconductor Design Lab
Centurion University of Technology and Management (CUTM) in Vizianagaram has opened a new lab called Dreamchip Siddhi.
This lab is for designing and testing semiconductor chips.
It was made possible with the help of the Supercomputing Consortium of India (SCCI) and Dreamchip Electronics.
The lab's equipment was developed by Sankhya Technologies and will be made in Visakhapatnam.
The lab will help students and teachers learn about and work with advanced chip technology.
Important people from the university and industry were there to support the opening of the lab.
Centurion University of Technology and Management (CUTM) launched the Dreamchip Siddhi, VLSI Semiconductor Design Lab in Vizianagaram.
The lab is part of the Supercomputing Consortium of India (SCCI) and was developed in collaboration with Dreamchip Electronics and Sankhya Technologies.
VLSI design kits were developed by Sankhya Technologies and will be manufactured at AMTZ in Visakhapatnam.
The lab provides facilities for FPGA-based chip design and verification, offering hands-on experience with advanced semiconductor technologies.
The initiative was supported by university leadership and industry leaders, including representatives from Sankhya Technologies and SCCI.
