Innovative Plantation Combines Ecology, Culture
Imagine a park where trees are planted to look like the letters of the Odia alphabet!
That's exactly what the 'Barnamala Udyan' is.
It's a special park created by the Nabarangpur forest division, where they're planting trees to teach people about the environment and their language.
The park covers a large area and has many different types of trees.
They even have a map of India made out of trees, each representing the official tree of the state.
This park is not only beautiful but also teaches visitors about ecology and culture.
People are visiting to enjoy and learn.
The 'Barnamala Udyan' features saplings planted to represent the Odia alphabet.
The project covers 28 acres and is part of the urban tree plantation initiative.
Over 12,000 saplings of 160 species have been planted at the site.
The park includes a map of India with saplings representing each state's official tree.
