Gujarat Completes Pavagadh Redevelopment Phases
The Gujarat government is working on a big project to improve the Mahakali Temple and the surrounding Champaner Archaeological Park, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
They have already finished two parts of the project, spending Rs 121 crore.
This includes making the temple bigger, adding better facilities for visitors, and building a new pathway with steps to the temple.
The government wants to make sure the place stays special while making it easier for people to visit.
They plan to spend more money in the next phases to add parking, better roads, and more places for people to enjoy.
The Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, was involved in some of the work, and since the project started, more people have been visiting the temple.
