NTA Updates on JEE Mains 2026
The JEE Mains 2026 exam is happening from January 21 to January 29, 2026, with two shifts each day.
The first shift ended at 12 PM, and the second shift is from 3 PM to 6 PM.
The exam is for 300 marks, with 4 marks for each correct answer and 1 mark deducted for each wrong answer.
The Chemistry section was the most difficult, followed by Mathematics, while Physics was considered easy.
The NTA has warned students about fake claims of paper leaks on social media and advised them to rely only on official websites for accurate information.
Admit cards for the remaining exams will be released soon.
