Salt Scapes showcases nature's abstract artistry
A photographer named Nishikant Mhatre took beautiful pictures of salt patterns that form naturally on salt pans during the summer.
He spent almost three years taking these photos, and they are so good that they were recognized by important photography groups.
You can see some of his pictures in an art gallery in Mumbai from December 16 to 22, 2025.
The photos show how nature can create amazing and abstract art all by itself.
Photographer Nishikant Mhatre documented natural salt crystallisation patterns on salt pans over nearly three years.
The exhibition 'Salt Scapes' showcases these mesmerising abstract landscapes.
The work has been recognised by the Royal Photographic Society of London and the Federation of Indian Photography.
