India Conditions Indus Waters Treaty Revival on Pakistan Ending Terrorism

The Indus Waters Treaty is an agreement between India and Pakistan about sharing river water.

India says the treaty can't work as it is unless Pakistan stops supporting terrorism.

India also says Pakistan is delaying its water projects unfairly.

Pakistan says India's actions are causing water problems.

The treaty was signed in 1960 with help from the World Bank.

India wants to change the treaty if Pakistan doesn't stop terrorism and work better on water projects.
