TGRERA Fines Suvarnabhoomi & Maha Infra for Project Delays
Imagine you bought a house or land, but the company building it didn't finish the job or even register it properly.
That's what happened to some people in Hyderabad.
Two companies, Suvarnabhoomi and Maha Infra, took a long time to finish building houses and projects, and they didn't even have the basic things like roads.
The people in charge of making sure these companies are fair, called TGRERA, got angry.
They told the companies they have to pay a large fine.
They also said the companies have to finish all the work they promised very soon, within 60 days.
This is to make sure the people who paid for their homes finally get them and have all the promised facilities.
TGRERA imposed a fine of Rs 5,97,237 on Suvarnabhoomi Infra Developers and Maha Infra Developers.
The real estate firms are directed to complete pending works within 60 days.
Violations include unregistered projects, delayed possession, and lack of basic infrastructure.
Maha Infra sold plots in 'Suvarna Sampada 2' venture at Patancheru but failed to develop the layout.
