BJP Seeks Governor's Intervention in University Land Deal
Bitter feud in Kerala: CPI(M)-backed MLA accuses Muslim Youth League leader of fraud, he hits back · indianexpress.com

The BJP is asking the Governor to look into a land deal at a university in Kerala.

They believe the government paid too much for the land.

The land was bought from locals for a low price and then the government purchased it for a much higher price, which the BJP considers a scam.

A leader from another party, P K Firoz, also claims there was something fishy about the deal.

One of the accused, Jaleel, says the acquisition happened before his time as minister.
