Father Kills Daughter for Eloping in MP
In a village in Madhya Pradesh, a father shot and killed his 21-year-old daughter because she ran away with her lover.
The daughter, Nidhi, had been married to another man but left him to be with someone else.
Her father, Munnesh, was very angry and tricked her into meeting him.
He then took her to a field and shot her.
The police found her body the next day and arrested Munnesh.
The police are still investigating what happened.
A 21-year-old married woman, Nidhi Dhanuk, was allegedly shot dead by her father, Munnesh Dhanuk, in a village in Bhind district, Madhya Pradesh.
Nidhi had eloped with her lover, Devu Dhanuk, leaving her husband, a few days before the incident.
The father confessed to the police that he killed his daughter to restore family honor.
The incident occurred in an agricultural field in the village of Khiriya Thapak under the jurisdiction of the Mehgaon police station.
The police arrested Munnesh Dhanuk, and further investigations are ongoing.
