Delhi LG Blames Kejriwal for Air Pollution
In Delhi, the Lieutenant Governor, V.K. Saxena, wrote a long letter blaming the previous government led by Arvind Kejriwal for not doing enough to control air pollution.
He said that because of 11 years of neglect, the air quality in Delhi has become very bad.
Many people on social media disagreed with the LG and asked why the central government and other leaders are not doing more.
The current government is now taking steps to improve the situation, like making sure all vehicles have pollution checks and exploring electric buses.
Meanwhile, a report showed that air pollution in India affected 1.7 million people in 2022, which is a big increase from 2010.
The government says there isn't enough proof to link lung diseases with bad air quality, but many people think this is a serious issue.
Young people in other countries are more active in pushing for ecological concerns, but in India, this movement is still small.
