CJP Founder Claims Video Threat to Join BJP
Abhijeet Dipke started a funny online group called the Cockroach Janta Party.
After it grew into a big protest, he said he got a scary video that told him to join the BJP or his parents would be hurt.
His mom and dad had to leave their house for 16 days to stay safe.
Abhijeet told them not to watch the video and that he wasn’t scared, but he asked them to stay away from home.
The protest helped the Education Minister resign.
The story shows how politics can feel scary for people who speak out.
Abhijeet Dipke, founder of the Cockroach Janta Party, says he received a video threat demanding he join the BJP or his parents would be harmed.
The threat forced his mother Anita Dipke and father Bhagwan Dipke to leave their Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar home and stay with relatives in the Konkan region for 16 days.
Dipke formed the satirical CJP online on May 16 after remarks by Chief Justice Surya Kant, later turning it into a nationwide protest that led to Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan’s resignation.
Dipke reportedly told his parents not to watch the threatening video and said he was not afraid, but advised them to stay away from home for safety.
The incident was reported to Marathi news channels ahead of Dipke’s return from New Delhi after a 36‑day agitation.
