CSMRDA Offers 90% Concession on Gunthewari Regularisation
The Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Metropolitan Regional Development Authority (CSMRDA) is giving property owners a chance to fix unauthorised buildings by paying only 10% of the usual fees until July 31.
After that, the fees will go up.
The officials want to make sure buildings are legal so the city can grow properly.
They also told people not to buy land without the right papers and to check permissions before buying.
The officials are also working on making sure the city has good roads, water, and other important things.
CSMRDA offers a 90% concession on betterment charges for regularising unauthorised constructions until July 31.
Property owners must pay 50% of the charges from August 1 to October 31, 2026, and full charges from November 1, 2026.
Commissioner G Sreekanth urged property owners to complete the regularisation process before the concession period ends.
CSMRDA officials will take action against unauthorised constructions that violate planning regulations.
Officials were instructed to develop a policy for essential infrastructure and appoint an agency for land-use surveys and road measurements.
