SEBI Set to Approve Hero FinCorp, HDB Financial and Vikram Solar IPOs
Several big companies in India are planning to sell shares to the public to raise money.
The government agency that looks after the stock market, called SEBI, is about to say it's okay for three companies, Hero FinCorp, HDB Financial, and Vikram Solar, to do this.
Hero FinCorp, which finances vehicles, wants to raise a large sum, while HDB Financial, a lending company, aims for an even bigger amount.
Vikram Solar, a solar panel maker, also plans to raise money.
This should make the stock market in India more active around mid-2025, giving these companies money to grow and expand their businesses.
SEBI is expected to approve IPOs for Hero FinCorp, HDB Financial, and Vikram Solar.
Hero FinCorp's IPO is for ₹3,668 crore, with a fresh issue and offer-for-sale component.

Vikram Solar's IPO is for ₹1,500 crore.
