India Allows Pakistan Aid Flights to Sri Lanka
Sri Lanka has been hit by a very bad cyclone called Cyclone Ditwah, which caused lots of flooding and landslides.
Many people have died or are missing, and the country needs help.
Pakistan wanted to send help to Sri Lanka but needed to fly through India's airspace.
Even though India and Pakistan don't usually get along, India allowed Pakistan to use its airspace for these special help flights.
India also sent its own help, like medicine, food, and rescue teams.
This is a big deal because it shows that even countries that don't always agree can work together to help people in need.
India granted Pakistan overflight clearance for humanitarian aid flights to cyclone-hit Sri Lanka.
The request was processed within four hours, with clearance given on December 1, 2025.
Pakistan plans to send relief supplies, including medicines, food, and tents, to Sri Lanka.
India's decision was made on humanitarian grounds despite strained bilateral relations.
India has also mounted a major disaster-relief effort, Operation Sagar Bandhu, to support Sri Lanka.
