This building, called Sahakar Bhavan, will help farmers and rural communities in the Halar region.
It has modern facilities like meeting rooms, a conference hall, and a place for farmers to stay.
The bank has grown a lot since it started in 1959 and now does business worth over Rs 2,154 crore every year.
The government says this building will help make the cooperative sector stronger and more transparent.
The Chief Minister also said that cooperative banks are important for making India a big economy and helping poor people become financially self-reliant.
Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah virtually inaugurated the Sahakar Bhavan, the headquarters of The Jamnagar District Co-operative Bank Limited.
The new headquarters, built at an estimated cost of Rs 25 crore over 25,000 square feet, features modern banking infrastructure and facilities for farmers.
