Telangana Photographic Society Launches Inaugural Photography Awards
The Telangana Photographic Society created new awards for people who help photography grow.
The awards were announced during a World Photography Day event.
The event took place in Hyderabad at CCRT.
About 150 photographers and guests attended.
The society said photography needs more than people who take pictures.
Teachers, mentors and people who protect images and nature also help the field.
Five individuals and institutions received the first awards.
