IMD Forecasts Rain Across India as Delhi Turns Hotter

India’s weather department expects rain in many parts of the country on Saturday, August 29.

A low-pressure area may develop near the Bay of Bengal.

This could bring heavy rain to Odisha and nearby eastern states.

Odisha may get its heaviest rain on August 30.

Mumbai and nearby coastal areas may continue receiving rain until September 3.

Bengaluru and Telangana may also get some rain, thunderstorms and strong winds.

Delhi is expected to be partly cloudy but hotter, with temperatures reaching 35°C to 37°C.

People in areas with heavy rain, lightning or strong winds should follow local weather warnings.
