MP Officers Suggested for Training After Bihar Election Duty
Imagine some teachers in Madhya Pradesh who helped with a big school election in another state called Bihar.
After their work is done, their bosses want them to go to a special school in the mountains called LBSNAA for more learning.
About 122 teachers, some of whom are like principals (collectors), are invited.
This training is important, especially for some who are in their last chance to get it.
However, because they are so busy running their schools, it's hard for them to leave right now.
The government needs to figure out if they can go to the special school and when.
122 Madhya Pradesh-cadre officers have been invited to a mid-career training program.
The training is scheduled to take place in January at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA) in Mussoorie.
Officers from the 2010 to 2018 batches, including collectors from 39 districts, are on the suggested list.
Some officers, particularly from the 2016 batch, may be unable to attend due to their current responsibilities, requiring permission from the Election Commission.
The state government is coordinating with LBSNAA and the Chief Secretary to finalize the attendance of these officers.
